All transactions are securely handled by PayPal. Accent Embroidery does not store any of your confidential information.
Your account is not charged until we fully review your order and make sure it can be completed as specified.
All orders are reviewed within one business day. You can check the status of your order by clicking the My Orders link at the top of the page.
The shipping amount is the best estimation for regular ground shipping to major centres in Canada. If the actual shipping cost is much higher, we
will notify you so you can decide if you want to pay the actual higher price.
Custom imprinted items can only be returned if defective. We allow returns and full credit for any unopened non-personalized products that are returned to us,
shipping paid, within 30 days of purchase.
Our regular turnaround is 2 weeks. If a one-week turnaround is requested, there is a rush order upcharge of 50%.
Orders for custom imprinted items can be canceled within 24 hours.
Rush orders cannot be canceled.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for personalization that
would constitute a copyright infringement, or is in our opinion offensive to an individual
or a group of people. However, we cannot be aware of all copyrighted products and names.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their personalization is not
offensive and does not violate any copyright laws.
We are committed to ensuring that the garments we offer to our customers are produced under
non-sweatshop conditions. In addition to this, we guarantee that - to the best of our knowledge -
none of our suppliers nor ourselves use any form of unethical practices in terms of labour.
When you make a purchase using a credit card, PayPal collect the information necessary
to bill you for your purchase.
We only collect information that allows us to ship your order.
This includes the name, address, email address, and phone number of the intended recipients.
Information we collect may be used to enhance your shopping experience in the following ways:
